Some features of coronary heart disease in women with invasive treatment

Purpose of the study was to compare clinical and functional characteristics in women with coronary heart disease according to the tactics of treatment. There were three groups of observations: 1-st stenting group, 2-nd group of aortocoronary bypass surgery, 3-rd group of conservative treatment. Women with the conservative tactic had higher levels of total cholesterol and glucose. Also they had lower levels of anxiety. Exercise tolerance decreased in women with CHD combined with alarming disorders with age. Women who had conservative treatment showed low compliance which required active monitoring of cardiologist.
