Some features of the participation of the lawyer in the production of investigative actions

This article discusses the features of the legal regulation of the institute of participation of a lawyer in the production of investigative actions in modern domestic criminal procedure law. The authors focus on some of the advantages of the existence of this institution, as well as on certain aspects of the implementation of the right of a lawyer to participate in the production of investigative actions. An analysis of the current legislation and legal literature is carried out in order to identify problems of legal regulation and proposals are formulated for amending the Code of Criminal Procedure.
