Some practical and legal issues of improving the institute municipal service in the Russian Federation

Within the framework of this research work, some practical and legal issues of municipal service in the Russian Federation were considered, in particular, issues of the legal status of a municipal employee, and some tools for improving the institute of municipal service were proposed for consideration. The relevance of the research topic is predetermined by the essential importance of the institution of municipal service within the framework of the concept of any democratic state. The authors believe that the introduction of some legal and qualification innovations is able to record a positive increase in the number of personnel applying for municipal service. So, in the scientific article, the authors analyze some aspects of the legal regulation of the institute of municipal service, make a comparison between the theoretical and practical sides of this issue.
