Some Legal Aspects of the Introduction of Blockchain Technology in Various Fields

In the context of digital transformation, blockchain is becoming a key technology that ensures the secure storage of legally significant data. Its implementation requires a revision of traditional legal concepts due to its decentralized and transparent nature. The paper explores the potential of blockchain in the financial sector, real estate and intellectual property, as well as in the public sphere (elections and healthcare). It highlights the key advantages of the technology (transparency and cost reduction) and the associated risks (legal uncertainty and energy consumption). Conclusions have been drawn regarding the complexity of introducing the technology into civil circulation and the effectiveness of its widespread use in Russia.
