This article discusses some of the problems in the field of public procurement, as well as possible solutions. Particular attention is paid to corruption and measures aimed at combating abuse in the field of public procurement. Also considered the threat of competition in the public procurement market. The reasons for the lack of qualified personnel in the field of procurement have been studied. In addition, problems of procurement organization have been identified and ways for their optimization have been proposed.
