Study of housing law formation in the Soviet Russia (1917- 1991) in the course of history of Russian state and law

The article proves the necessity to study the housing law formation in the Soviet Russia in the course of History of Russian State and Law. It defines the reason of soviet housing law origin and basic stages of its development. The system of notions, terms and categories of housing law is considered as well. It emphasizes the importance of comprehension of the housing law formation peculiarities in order to improve the standards of housing law in contemporary conditions.
