Some problems of defining the legalization of monetary funds (money-laundering) or other property derived from criminal activity

The most widespread problems arising at application of the Articles 174 and 174.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation are considered in the article. The author proposes the decisions of the designated problems by studying scientists' opinions, as well as researches of the foreign and Russian legslation in the Held of counteraction of legalization of money proceedings and other property derived from criminal activity.
