Some problems of qualification of robberies

The article examines the problems of the qualification of robberies. Based on the study of scientific materials, criminal legislation and the practice of its application, the conclusion is made about the importance of robbery as one of the most dangerous forms of theft of other people's property of citizens, since in addition to property, human life and health are also at risk of harm. If we take into account that human life and health are the most important object protected by criminal law, then robberies can rightfully be recognized as the most dangerous form of theft of someone else's property. In this article, the author reveals the most important and significant problems of robbery qualification, which require their detailed research and resolution. The problems mentioned in the article really cannot be left without due attention from the legislator. The author presents the opinions of various authors on controversial issues and expresses a personal point of view, as well as the author suggests ways to solve existing problems. The delineation of related crimes often causes enormous difficulties in practice and, unfortunately, criminal acts are not always qualified correctly. The problem of distinguishing robberies from robberies is put at the forefront by the author, due to the fact that the problem has been relevant for quite a long period of time and in practice there are many problems when delimiting these related crimes.
