Some problems of classification of the murder of newborn children by their own mothers

In this article, the author analyzes the corpus delicti of the crime provided by Article 106 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The subject, object, objective, and subjective sides are considered in detail. The history of the establishment and development of responsibility in Russia for this crime is disclosed. Relevant historical references and documents are given. The problems of qualification for this crime are highlighted, and possible ideas for their solution are proposed.
