Some problems of linguistic examination in cases of extremism

The concept and characteristics of linguistic expertise, its essence and features in the investigation of crimes associated with the commission of extremist activity are considered. The concept of extremism is disclosed in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. Highlighted the specific features of the production of linguistic expertise as a kind of forensic expertise in cases of extremism. The problems that exist in the context of the implementation of this type of expertise are presented.
