Some problems of defining the subject of bribery

The article analyzes certain problems arising in the determination of the subject of crimes under Art. Art. 290, 291 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The opinions on the issue in question are analyzed in the legal literature. On this basis, proposals were formulated and substantiated to optimize the understanding of the subject of bribery, which would make it possible to increase the effectiveness of anti-corruption legislation.
