Some problems of determining by the parties the content of the norms of foreign law in the framework of consideration and resolution of civil law disputes

The purpose of this article is to observe some problems that may arise before parties during the court proceedings complicated by implementation of foreign element and foreign legislation, when they are trying to define the rules set out by foreign legislation. The courts use a special procedure when establishing the content in the framework of consideration of civil law disputes, encountering difficulties if there is disputed information in the case, without focusing on foreign legislation, relying on Russian legal norms in the case.
