Some problems of responsibility of the contract manager in the field of procurement for state and municipal needs

In the article, the author examines the main concepts related to the activities of a contract manager, as well as studies issues related to the problems of responsibility of contract managers for violations of the law on the contract system in the field of procurement for state and municipal needs. The author also suggests possible ways to eliminate existing problems by making changes to the current administrative legislation and the legislation of the Russian Federation on procurement for state and municipal needs.
