Some problems of legal regulation of the passing of the state civil service

The problems of legal regulation of the civil service are considered. Uncertainty in the regulation of the order of an official check is shown, connected with the possibility of its carrying out during the period of temporary disability of a civil servant. It is concluded that such actions are inadmissible, since they violate the right to defense. The period of temporary incapacity for work of a civil servant should interrupt the timing of an official inspection. Another problem is related to the possibility of qualifying the period of a civil servant on a business trip as truancy. Given that the performance of official duties elsewhere is a valid reason, the civil servant should be given the opportunity to confirm the legality of absence from the workplace in any acceptable way.
