Some problems of applying special knowledge in the investigation of "computer crimes" in the context of digitalization

This article discusses some problematic issues of applying special knowledge in the investigation of "computer crimes" in the context of digitalization. The author is proposed to significantly improve the skills of persons with special knowledge (specialists and experts) and working with digital traces, as well as significantly increase the information and computer element in the training of investigators and interrogators.
