Problems of improving civil procedural legislation

Civil procedural legislation, the content of its procedural norms and their correct application in practice plays a vital role in ensuring the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of both individuals and legal entities. Unfortunately, at present, in the civil procedural legislation, as in other sectors, there are gaps and shortcomings, the elimination of which is necessary to improve the current legislation. In this article, the author analyzes the main provisions of modern legal regulation of civil procedure, including a comparison of civil cases in courts of general jurisdiction and administrative ones in arbitration courts, identifies currently existing legislative gaps and suggests ways to resolve them.
