Some problems arising from the qualification of crimes and the appointment of criminal penalties by the Russian courts

His article discusses the problems that arise when the courts impose criminal penalties, as well as cases when the preliminary investigation bodies and courts incorrectly qualified the acts. On the example of judicial practice of the Russian Federation, errors in the application of the head law are considered. The author's suggestions regarding the correct qualification of crimes are contained.
