Some problems of legislative regulation of compulsory measures of educational influence in the form of transfer of a minor under supervision

The article is devoted to the consideration of some problems of regulating the compulsory measure of educational influence in the form of the transfer of a minor under supervision, related to determining the range of subjects to whom a minor is transferred under supervision and their characteristics, as well as the characteristics of the subject itself to be transferred under supervision. Based on the analysis, recommendations are formulated to resolve the relevant problems presented in the form of adjustments to certain provisions of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation and Resolution No. 1 of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation dated February 1, 2011.
