Several statistical indices of oropharyngeal cancer in neubouring regions (Chelyabinsk and Sverdlovsk regions)

The article deals with the analysis of oropharyngeal cancer in Chelyabinsk and Sverdlovsk regions. The basic statistical data are used for a comparative evaluation. The number of new-onset malignant neoplasms detected within a year, the number of newly diagnosed patients with malignant tumors of the oral cavity and pharynx, the number of patients diagnosed during preventive examinations, morbidity rate (crude mark) have been compared. The percentage of patients with tumors of different stages and the mortality from the moment of diagnosing among the number of newly registered patients have been compared.
