Some judgments on the educational impact of the public form of incentives of the employee of the internal affairs

The article presents some aspects of the educational mission of the award law, in terms of the public form of encouraging the personnel of the internal affairs bodies. Revealing the legal basis of the functional range of the incentive mechanism, the author pays special attention to the mobilizing aspect of the existing system of rewarding employees of the said law enforcement institution and the expediency of analyzing disciplinary practice, the content of which includes incentive measures.
