Some managerial aspects of exchanges' activity in Azerbaijan through the prism of local and global phenomena

Some features of managerial practices and development strategy of Azerbaijan currency and stock exchanges which are technologically more advanced and perform the special mission in the capital market will be considered within the article. To conduct such analysis is dictated by necessity for international cooperation of exchange institutions in the context of increase of capital mobility and creation of optimal conditions for regional financial center formation.
