Some issues of financial responsibility in budget sulfur organizations

The article considers some theoretical and practical issues of financial responsibility in public sector organizations under Russian labor law. The problem of responsibility in labor law is traditionally considered central and attracts the attention of both scientists and practitioners, since the legal mechanism loses its effectiveness without proper support for its implementation. Some issues that require attention are identified, taking into account the specifics of the activities of public sector organizations.
