Some questions about how to form words with a figurative meaning and phrases

This article is devoted to some issues of the emergence of words with a figurative meaning and phrases in modern linguistics, on the other hand, the inclusion of the features of their use in works of art. Words with figurative meanings are often used in the oral poems of poets and writers, and then spread to the population. However, such a nature does not belong to all words with figurative meanings, and some of them simply live in the work, as artistic means, and are not widely available to the public. In this regard, it should be noted that the importance of the connotative (the additional meaning of the language unit, semantic, stylistic distortions, the basic meaning of the unit from newer ones) is not to appear as an artistic tool, but to note that the semantic system is a stable seed that is formed in the semantic system.
