Some questions about alternative dispute resolution methods

This article is devoted to the study of questions about alternative methods of dispute resolution. The chosen topic is relevant in the modern world, currently the scientific literature on the given problem is being studied, as well as practical domestic experience. Alternative methods of resolution are actively developing and gaining popularity all over the world, considering some of the peculiarities of this institution on the example of Russia. The strengths and weaknesses of alternative dispute resolution methods are analyzed, specific signs of the actions of the parties and other persons participating in alternative dispute resolution (settlement) methods during the consideration and resolution of the dispute are identified - they should be systemic and interrelated.
