Some issues of ensuring environmental safety through the prism of the activities of law enforcement agencies

Ecology and environmental safety over the past decades have been quite an important element in modern society and the state. This topic has been relevant every year for a long time, since the ecology in our country and in the world is not only not improving, but is constantly deteriorating. A high level of technogenic load, low incomes of part of the country’s population, poor elaboration of environmental safety and climate policy issues, lack of the necessary level of coordination between environmental and law enforcement agencies, lack of uniformity in the legal support of the activities of environmental police units – this is not a complete list of problems in the topic under study. It should be noted that the activities of law enforcement agencies in this area today are poorly studied and require a comprehensive analysis in terms of finding new mechanisms for their participation in solving environmental problems.
