Algumas quest~oes da formac~ao da pol'icia judicial na Rep'ublica Democr'atica de S~ao Tom'e e Pr'incipe: no contexto do projeto Pace

The article presents certain aspects of the content side of the «PACED» project, on the basis of which a number of Portuguese-speaking countries implement the rule of law principle in practice. Revealing the factor of extension of this principle to the field of law enforcement, the authors focus on the training system for the judicial police of the Democratic Republic of Sao Tome and Principe.
