Some issues of the organizational and legal structure of work in the system of the prosecutor's office

Within the framework of this article, the features of the implementation of the supervisory function of the prosecutor's office, some issues of the division of powers within the system of the prosecutor's office are considered. The relevance of the research topic is characterized by the need to improve the institution of supervisory measures, taking into account the organizational aspects of the structure of supervisory bodies, as well as the significant influence of this institution on the effectiveness of ensuring the constitutional rights of citizens. Moreover, attention should be paid to the optimization of the regulatory framework, in terms of determining the powers attributed to the territorial bodies exercising supervisory functions. Effective regulation of the regulatory framework and powers of the Prosecutor's Office, including certain aspects of the legal mechanism within the institute, is a fundamental provision for improving law enforcement structures. It is necessary to establish a clear interpretation of regulations containing provisions on the exercise of supervisory functions by the prosecutor's office. Within the framework of this scientific work, the author of the article analyzes the supervisory function of the prosecutor's office, determines some features of the division of powers within the system of the prosecutor's office, makes a comparison between the theoretical and practical sides of this issue.
