Some issues of representation in labor relations

The nature of the representation of the rights and interests of employees in modern conditions is analyzed. The position of the authors in relation to the liberal approach of transformation of labor legislation is determined. The experience of Russian enterprises, foreign practice on the use of public structures in the implementation of representative functions is studied. It is proposed to change the labor legislation regulating the performance of this work. It would contribute to the efficiency of the participation of production councils in the management of organizations giving them the right to participate in voting while adopting a certain range of management decisions.
