Some issues of acceptance of responsibility for anti-animal handling

A full-fledged development of the country is not possible without a healthy society in which a person is a formed person capable of conscious actions, a desire to help, a tolerant attitude and love for the world around him. The creation of such a person is possible only with a good upbringing, a happy family environment and a personal desire for development, the external world and the harmonious interaction of man with nature and animals in particular have the same effect. Of course, the cultivation of love and care for nature and animals occurs from early childhood, and the family leaves a big imprint in this, but the lack of regulation of such relations by the state can lead to various tragedies. Therefore, it is important that the state controls the responsible handling of animals. The article is devoted to the peculiarities of applying the current laws of the Russian Federation in relation to cruelty to animals, the penalties for the commission of such crimes and the problems of bringing to justice are considered.
