Some issues of intellectual property market development

In a modern dynamically developing society, the accelerated growth of the number of various objects of intellectual property. The process of their creation is continuous, as it is closely related to the results of the creative and mental activities of people. In this article, the authors investigated the essence of such an institution as intellectual property. Issues and problems related to the development of the intellectual property market are considered and some directions for their solution are shown.
