Some issues of exercising the premium right to purchase a land from agricultural land

The author of the article identified legal problems that arise in the implementation of the pre-emptive right to purchase land plots from agricultural land. In order to clarify and correct the mechanism for the implementation of such a right, the norms of individual regional laws relating to the regulation of the circulation of agricultural land have been analyzed. Corresponding amendments to the Federal Law «On the turnover of agricultural land» are proposed.
