On certain issues of correlation between labor law and related branches of law

The corelation between labor law and related branches of law is under study. In the conditions of economic decline, there is a tendency to dismantle labor legislation, in particular, the norms that traditionally regulate relations between the parties to labor contracts, it is proposed to strengthen administrative management in the labor sphere. The authors substantiate the position that the tightening of requirements on the part of employers to employees is unpromising. Changes in social and labor relations should be of a point nature, taking into account the real needs and capabilities of the parties to labor relations.
