The status of a bona fide purchaser, both in the field of civil law and in connection with customs regulation, has a number of features that determine the scope of the rights of this category of persons and the methods of exercising these rights. Within the framework of this article, the concept of the term "good faith acquisition", the conditions for recognizing a person as a good faith purchaser, including in the field of customs law, are considered in detail.
