Some interaction issues heads of state with authorities executive power in the Russian Federation

Within the framework of this research work, some topical issues in the field of the institute of interaction of the head of state with various branches of government were considered, in particular, issues of legal interaction with executive authorities, some tools for improving the institute of constitutional and legal mechanism were proposed for consideration. The authors believe that the relevance of the research topic was predetermined by the high importance of the institution of the head of state within the framework of the concept of any constitutional state. The authors believe that the introduction of some legal innovations can optimize the implementation of government programs in practice. So, in the scientific article, the authors analyze some aspects of the legal regulation of the institution of the constitutional and legal mechanism of interaction between the head of state and the branches of government, make a comparison between the theoretical and practical sides of the above issue.
