Бесплатный доступ

Summary The technological revolution in radiotherapy, marked by the widespread introduction into clinical practice of computerized technologies of precision volumetric planning and implementation of therapeutic irradiation, significantly tightened the requirements for the initial examination of the patient, the standardization of morphological diagnosis and the stage of the 98 disease, based on international classifications. A crucial role in the planning of radiotherapy is the identification of the degree of the initial prevalence of the tumor (staging of the disease), using modern methods of medical imaging and morphological verification of the alleged lesions. The article presents the current and future classifications of lung cancer, as well as a set of modern non-invasive and invasive diagnostic methods recommended for the primary diagnosis and staging of non-small cell lung cancer, taking into account the needs of the subsequent planning of confomal radiotherapy in any version of its application: as an independent plan, and in the framework of combined and complex treatment programs.
