The need and procedure for the transfer of emergency call systems for emergency services using a single number "112" of the subjects of the Russian Federation to operate in the environment of domestic software

The article is devoted to the problem of providing unified approaches to the process of transferring emergency call systems to a single number "112" (system-112) in the subjects of the Russian Federation to operate in the environment of domestic software in modern conditions. The solution of this problem is currently one of the urgent tasks being solved by the executive authorities of the subject of the Russian Federation, authorized to solve problems in the field of organization, functioning and development of the 112 system, in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law № 488-FL dated 12/30/2020 "On ensuring the calling of emergency operational services by a single number 112" and on amendments to certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation". The article considers the organizational and technical measures necessary to ensure the continuity, reliability and efficiency of the 112 system during the transition period. The factors that should be taken into account when carrying out these activities are listed. References are provided to normative and methodological documents in the field of creation, development and functioning of the system-112, the need for measures is justified. The article takes into account the requirements of modern regulatory documents defining the conditions and trends in the development of the system-112.
