Attention is paid to the issue of the current state of the signs that aggravate punishment by the example of the need to introduce a new circumstance: the commission of an intentional crime using information and telecommunication networks, including the Internet. And also, its implementation is justified through the prism of psychology: by the example of the psychological characteristics of the behavior of offenders.
