Uncertainty, social risk of unemployment and the labor market

The changes that have taken place and are taking place in recent years lead to increased uncertainty in all spheres of society and produce risks, among which one of the most significant is the social risk of unemployment. Overcoming this risk should be facilitated by active actions in the field of promoting employment of the population. Based on the analysis of the conventions and recommendations of the International Labor Organization, the authors conclude that one of the main activities should be building a career guidance system.
