Obscure patronage of the state: the problems of small businesses does not diminish

This paper examines the place and role of small business in the economic sector of our country, the advantages of small business and the problems that stand in the way of its development. The author focuses and emphasizes that a stratum of small businesses contributes to the formation of the middle class, which will serve as the main pillar in the economic and political development of Russia and state support of small business imperative.
