The article deals with the organization of continuous additional education of children and youth in arts area in higher education. In a situation of transition from education of knowledge to development one - dramatically increases the value of individualization of learning. Particularly acute this problem is with regard to the field of art, since the establishment of the master - an individual process. According to the author, "creative universities" should not just be engaged in additional education of children and adolescents, but create a system of continuous further education, covering all age groups - from preschoolers to senior students. High school forms the trajectory of the development of the system, provides individualization of learning and successful socialization of its graduates.
