Continuous improvement of pedagogical skills as a condition for the development of the digital educational environment of the college

The article describes the experience of building a system for improving the teaching skills of teachers for the formation and development of a digital educational environment at the South Ural State College within the framework of the regional innovation platform on the problem of «Improving the quality of training students in technical specialties of secondary vocational education based on the integration of traditional and e-learning». The content of formal and informal professional development is discussed. The digital tools and technologies used in the innovative educational process are systematized.
