Irrationality as creative morals: towards statement of problem

The questions of the relations rationality and irrationality of the genesis of social development are investigated. It is specifies that the traditional perception of irrational actions as dangerous incomplete highlights the problem of irrationality, because it does not take into account the moral aspect of irrational actions in the structure of social relations.
