Improvement of legislation in the field of municipal-private partnership

The aim of this work is to identify the features of the legal regulation of the institution of municipal-private partnership. The relevance of the research topic is due to the fact that municipal-private partnership has not yet received proper distribution in practice, despite the fact that it is an effective tool for the interaction of efforts of local authorities and businesses to solve modern problems of society. As a result, it was found that the discretionary powers vested in the competitive commissions adversely affect the institution of municipal-private partnerships, limiting competition. In this regard, we also proposed ways to eliminate the identified problems.
