This article shows the role of motivation systems in the use of human capital at the level of human potential. The paper considers non-standard forms of personnel incentives in the organization. The application of ways of motivating labor on examples of specific organizations is shown. The key components for building an effective system of motivation are identified. Recommendations are given to managers to stimulate staff. Motivation of subordinates should be carried out, proceeding from their needs and interests of the organization.
