In article some complications of endoscopic researches: bleeding, perforation of an gut after a diagnostic colonoscopy are considered. Authors show possibilities of use of low-invasive technologies at elimination of these complications. Early diagnostics of these complications and use of laparoscopic technologies, served as pledge of successful treatment of these complications.
