Бесплатный доступ

The article examines the problems caused by the presence of unclaimed land shares, the number of which remains significant, despite the annual reduction in their area. To reduce the number and area of such shares, the author proposes a set of legal and organizational measures, including giving municipalities the right to buy land shares of owners who want to sell them; recognition of the land share as indivisible (including when it is inherited), carrying out a set of land management measures aimed at identifying shares and allocating them in kind, assessing the quality of the formed land plot, planning and organizing its use.
