Illegal detention as a basis for bringing public authorities to civil liability

The publication attempts to briefly analyze such a measure of restraint of the freedom of an individual as illegal detention as a reason for bringing the guilty person, the public authority to civil responsibility. On this basis, recommendations are made to address this type of enforcement offence.
