Judging upon the works of popular Chicano researchers and the analysis of the novel "Nobody's Son: Notes from an American Life" by Luis Alberto Urrea ( American Book Award 1998) the author suggest that in the last decade XX - XXI centuries the Mexican population of the South-East of the USA is in the state of sophisticated reality conflict. This conflict is based on the frontier residents' feature of culture synchronic juggling and on the contrary the non establishment in the concrete social and cultural space.
Frontier identity, bridge metaphor, "no one's belonging" category, culture defeat, epistemology uncertainty
