The normative platform of modern law and order

The article examines the category «of law and order» in terms of its normative basis. The various points of view of scientists regarding the concept of law and order and the impact of digitalization processes on it are considered. The substantiation of the dialectical interrelation of such legal categories as legal understanding and order is given. The idea that the law and order is an integral part and at the same time the core of public order is confirmed. The validity of the thesis that the law and order is an implemented law is affirmed. The various classifications of law and order with access to its individual level are considered. The legal defects of the normative basis of law and order are investigated with proposals for their elimination. The transformative role of the information revolution in the qualitative transformation of law and order is substantiated. Various approaches to the concept of a platform are analyzed, including for the activities of the internal affairs bodies. The problems of the formation and functioning of civil society institutions and structures of legal statehood are discussed.
