The regulatory nature of the gaming activities of the childhood subculture

The article discusses the genesis of the phenomenon of order in the game of the childhood subculture. The phenomenon is taken in the context of such a component of everyday practice as rule-making. Honesty, humility and justice should be considered as theoretically possible structural elements of the order. The synergetic approach has established that the game leads the childhood subculture, as a nonlinear open dissipative system, to the state of peace (order) in contrast to the chaos (disorder). An important mechanism of adjusting of activity is realization of drawing by means of rhymes. It is underlined that implementation of account is perceived as a sacral act, and child its conducting is interpreted as an explorer of will of some Higher Force the decision of that is immutable and requires execution. By the second regulative component of relations in child's association being in a playing process, there are rules, some totality of laws of game. It is set that at the level of subculture of childhood ambivalence of justice and law strikes a discordant note not so critically, as in the adult World.
